Summary:
Jefferson Park at Dandridge is currently accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Assistant.
The Maintenance Assistant maintains the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards.
The Maintenance Assistant shall follow guidelines, regulations, and facility policies and procedures as directed by the Administrator and/or Maintenance Director to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc.
, as directed, in accordance with established procedures Service heating and cooling units/systems, as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with established policies and procedures Ensure that the facility and its equipment is properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed About Jefferson Park at Dandridge:
We are conveniently located one mile from I-40, Exit 417 at 914 Industrial Park Road in Dandridge.
We are a well-established 160-bed, 24-hour skilled nursing facility.
Our Legacy building is a 130-bed facility, and we have 30 Green House beds.
The 3 Green House Homes are a non-traditional way of living in a nursing home.
With a more homelike environment, each home includes 10 private rooms/ bathrooms, hearth area with a fireplace and entertainment, and an open kitchen and dining area COVID-19 consideration:
To keep our residents safe and healthy and to adhere to CMS guidelines, we ask all visitors to complete a health screen and to wear masks when visiting our facility.
Jefferson Park is a Drug Free Workplace and job applicant testing is required.
